Hi Nisha, thank you so much! Coming to your query - I have not heard of Jeera Kolam rice before, so I am exactly not sure 🙁 Jeera Samba or Seeraga Samba is what the rice is called, used traditionally in Biriyani recipes in Tamilnadu.
